Welcome to BigModel.io. BigModel.io provides an AI and large-model API access point for individual developers, small teams, and enterprise technical validation. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Usage Policy, the Privacy Policy, and other rules shown in the product.

1. Service Description

BigModel.io lets users access multiple AI and large-model capabilities through one API key, including chat, coding, long-context, image-understanding, and related capabilities. Available models, pricing, context length, rate limits, and availability may change based on provider policies, account configuration, and platform operations.

2. Account and API Keys

• You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and console permissions.
• Requests, fees, and risks caused by leaked, shared, or unauthorized API keys are the responsibility of the account holder.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or bypass authentication, risk controls, quotas, billing, or access controls.

3. Fees, Metering, and Settlement

• After you recharge your account balance, different models deduct fees based on actual usage and pricing.
• Console records for calls, spending, balance changes, and orders are important references for billing and troubleshooting.
• If you find abnormal charges, failed payments, order-state issues, or balance display issues, contact support@bigmodel.io.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
• If provider prices, exchange rates, taxes, channel costs, or service policies change, BigModel.io may adjust pricing or billing rules and will try to give reasonable notice through product messages or announcements.

4. Customer Content and Model Outputs

• You retain rights to prompts, files, business data, application data, and other content you submit.
• Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for review before use.
• High-risk areas such as medical, legal, financial, personal safety, and critical infrastructure must include human review and additional safeguards. Model output should not be the only or final decision basis.

5. Availability and Incidents

The service is provided as-is and as available. Provider issues, networks, cloud services, maintenance, security events, or force majeure may cause latency, errors, rate limits, or interruptions. BigModel.io will make reasonable efforts to restore service and assist with troubleshooting, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Suspension and Termination

BigModel.io may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, API keys, models, or service access in cases of illegal use, abuse, attacks, non-payment, abnormal risk, security events, or provider restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

BigModel.io websites, consoles, API documents, branding, designs, and system capabilities are owned by BigModel.io or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, or remove rights notices without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigModel.io is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims. The total liability of the platform is limited to the service fees you paid to BigModel.io in the 12 months before the dispute.
